The Cottingley Fairies

okay so i know some people belive i old myths and things like big foot nd the lochness monster... and i two fink that untill they are 100% disproven they may be tru but theirs still one muth that kinda scares me but also intrugues me and that the cottingley fairies...
the story is their were these two girls cousins and It was the summer of 1917. Elsie Wright, 16, and cousin Frances Griffiths, 10, lived together in a place called Cottingley, England. Elise’s father, apparently a good and reasonable man, when they went out to play in nearby Cottingley Glen they didcided to one day tack a camera (of course an old one because tecnoligy was shitty back in 1917 lol, any way apparently after they went to play in the garden they then gave the camera back to their dad and uncle who then dicided to go in his dark room one day and develope them. apparently to his suprise he spotted one of te girls sitting their with 4 fairies dancing aroud her. apparently the girls had been going down to th garden / forest everyday hopeing to tack pictures of the fairys.
the dad told everybody to just drop the picture matter and put the total of 5 pictures away in a draw.
years later their mother discovered them and many people who saw them were shocked noone colud understand.
none of the irls dicided to speack about it till they were in old age... one said that yes the photos were 1005 real and that their were really fairys another said that they had all been fake
apparently traced out fairys on to paper and the heldthem up with bobbn pins
now in my opinune i have no idea if this is true apparenty their was a clouring book made with pictues inside of fairy that resembled thouses in the pictures of the girls...

but in all the pictures the girls tock the "faires" are very clear and paper cut out looking all apart from one....

so you see all these 4 ictures it all looks quite fake but the final and 5th photograpp the fairys are transparent and apper to kinda have stronger facial features...

so their i still think theires something odd about it i dont think a 16 year old would make his sort of stuff up and the "faries" look really proffestionally done. they look life like which is weied as in theses time prnters wernt very popular and were really exspenisive. any way i think they ll look really fake apat from the last image. but thats just my opinuone...
